GRANDMA W'S SALAD DRESSING
My Grandma W made this recipe just for me. It was a lower calorie but equally delicious version of the dressing they always made for their spaghetti supper fundraisers. GRANDMA DREW'S POTATO SALAD DRESSING
Before commercial mayonnaise was available, my Grandmother used this sauce to make her cherished Potato Salad. It is a very-low fat alternative to mayonnaise and tastes better than light mayo, too! Great for tuna, macaroni, or chicken salad, but you'll probably want to add a little mayo, also.

GRANDMA'S SALAD DRESSING
A wonderful combination of sweet and tart, this is wonderful on a bed of mixed greens. One hint: make the dressing at least one day in advance of using to let the flavors combine.

GREAT GRANDMA'S SALAD DRESSING
An old fashioned boiled dressing, this is my family's dressing for tuna and potato salad. We used to make it in a double boiler, but with a microwave the cooking is really simple!
