1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Cream Cheese, softened
12 oz Kraft Cool Whip, thawed
1 can Eagle Sweeten Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and cut up
2 cups Kraft Mini Marshmallows
1 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Then fold in remaining 4 ingredients.
Chill 1 hour.
