- 3 bags white choc chips
- 1 small can sweetened con. milk
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 4 cups of dry oat meal
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper
- 1/4 cup of reg sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

Steps:

IN MICROWAVE MELT ABOUT 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER TIL LOOSE. IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT THE W. CHOC CHIPS STIR TIL SMOOTH. ADD MILK STIR TIL SMOOTH. ADD SUGAR STIR TIL SMOOTH ADD PISTACHIO PUDDING STIR TIL SMOOTH.THEN STIR IN PB TIL SMOOTH.
ADD DRY OAT MEAL 1 CUP AT A TIME TIL THICK. THEN DROP BY TABSPFULS ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED W/WAX PAPER. PLACE N FRIDGE TIL SET
TAKE OUT AND PLATE. HOPE U LIKE THIS

Spread into pie crust. If using a 6 oz. crust, it will be VERY full, but it will all fit if you just keep building it up in the center, careful not to let the filling seep over the edges of the crust. It will fit easily in a 9 oz. crust, though the larger crusts are sometimes harder to find at grocery stores.
