The memory junction temp seems a bit worrying though, during gaming it seems to hover between 72-80C and this is only with power limit maxed, no OC applied.

The temperature slowly creeps up and caps out at 102C with some spikes to 105C, it takes about 10 min to reach. Before the pad change the gpu hot spot temp was at 87C max. Sadly the Founders card does not give you access to all the temp sensors.
