This delicious and festive looking dip gets a head start by using McCormick® Hollandaise Sauce Blend. It can be made ahead and reheated to avoid the last minute rush.

- Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Stir in Sauce Mix. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Stir in spinach, pimientos, Parmesan cheese and dill. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add sour cream; stir until smooth.

- In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour. Cut a 1-1/2-in. slice off the top of the loaf; set aside. Hollow out the bottom part, leaving a thick shell. SPINACH DIP
This recipe came from our cookbook at the beauty shop where I work. We had many pot lucks, and every one wanted this and that recipe, so we all gave recipes and had our own book printed and sold them in the salon.

Steps:
- Thaw and drain the spinach.
- Squeeze the spinach with paper towels to remove excess water.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let set in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
- I like to serve it inside a hollowed out round loaf of bread.
- Scoop out the loaf and place dip inside.
- I use what I scoop out for making croutons.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
GOOD SEASONS SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
Steps:
- Defrost spinach and thoroughly drain. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Chop artichokes.
- Mix first 6 ingredients and 1/2 package shredded parmesan cheese. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
