- Add milk of choice to a small saucepan over medium high heat.
- Combine milk and spices: When the milk is almost boiling, add turmeric, ginger powder, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, coconut powder, vanilla extract, and black pepper to the pan. Mix well with a whisk.
- Take milk off heat and pour into a coffee or tea mug, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy.

- In a microwave safe mug, heat the almond milk for about 1 minute, or to your desired temperature.
- Add a fresh shot of espresso or concentrated coffee to the warmed almond milk.
- Whisk in the honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne pepper, if using. You can also use a milk frother, and froth for a couple minutes until you reach your desired froth level. Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy immediately!

- Make the latte: Combine coffee, almond milk, vanilla, honey and coconut oil in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon golden milk paste. Blend until frothy and thoroughly combined.
- Pour into mugs and serve.

- Set a small saucepan over low heat. Add the almond milk, 1 teaspoon honey, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon stick, and black pepper and stir with a whisk until combined.
- Bring to steaming, just below a simmer. Do not let it come to a boil. Keep just below a simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Remove the cinnamon stick. If you added other spices that need to be strained out, strain using a fine mesh strainer then return to the pan. Stir in the vanilla and coconut oil (if using). Taste and add additional honey if desired (I like about 2 teaspoons).
- Use a frother to froth the tea, if desired. Pour into a mug and spoon the froth over the top. Serve.
