GEORGIA PEACH DRINK

Steps:

• Add the peach schnapps, rum, and orange juice to an ice filled highball and stir. Gently pour the cranberry juice into the center.
• Garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.

GEORGIA PEACH

Steps:

• Put all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake.
• Serve!

FRESH GEORGIA PEACH COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the vodka, peach liqueur, peaches, and ice in a blender.
• Blend until smooth.
• Add the raspberries and blend briefly, until berries are broken but not completely blended in to the drink.
• Pour into two balloon glasses and garnish with fresh mint.

THE GEORGIA PEACH

Steps:

• Fill a rocks glass with ice and peach slices, alternating between the two to create a layered look. Wedge lemon round between glass and ice.
• In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and peach schnapps. Fill shaker with ice. Add Jameson Irish Whiskey and lemonade and vigorously shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with mint sprig.

GEORGIA'S PEACHY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add the amaretto, peach puree, peach schnapps, bourbon and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously to blend. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and enjoy!

GEORGIA PEACH COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Drizzle a spoon of raspberry puree, swirl and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
• Raspberry puree.
• 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
• 1/3 cup of granulated white sugar (or to taste).
• Place a large fine meshed strainer over a bowl and thaw 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries. This will take several hours.
• Gently press the berries to force all the juice from the berries. All that should remain in the strainer is the raspberry seeds.
• Add sugar to taste.
