This is my husband's favorite recipe!!! He loves it so much he begs me to make it every week! It is such an easy recipe and anytime I make it for company they are always so impressed.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 -4 skinless chicken breasts (Trimmed of Fat)
1 cup stir-fry sauce (General Tso's)
1/2 cup cashews (Lightly Salted)
1 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots
6 -8 romaine lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Chop Chicken Breast into cubes and trim all fat.
  • 2. Put sesame oil or olive oil into Wok or Pan to prevent sticking.
  • 3. Season meat with Salt and Pepper while the meat cooks.
  • 4. Once Chicken starts to brown on outside, add cashews and bamboo shoots.
  • 5. Then add enough General Tso sauce to fully coat Mixture.
  • 6. Put mixture over lettuce leaves and Enjoy!
  • 7. I usually serve with sticky rice or veggies on the side!

1 (18 -22 ounce) box crazy cuizine general tso's chicken
8 flour tortillas
3 tomatoes (sliced)
1 small onion (slided)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (to taste)
1 large avocado
1 head romaine lettuce

Steps:

  • Bake crazy cuizine general tso's chicken at 400 degrees ( per cooking instructions on box).
  • Warm the tortillas in microwave or oven.
  • Coat each tortilla with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, chicken and sauce.
  • Roll into a wrap and enjoy!
