½ cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup water

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, hot pepper sauce and garlic until well mixed. Gradually stir in water until texture is smooth and creamy.

Made to eat with a spoon! Because I am lowering my carbs and sugars, I've dropped this to only one T honey. The original is sweeter, so feel free to go back up to three :) It's delicious sweeter, I just can't handle that much sugar.

1/4-1/2 cup garlic, minced
3/4 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup tamari
1 -3 tablespoon honey (orange honey is amazing)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons chili oil
cilantro, for garnish

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Allow to sit at least 2 hours.
  • NOTE: when using a garlic press instead of just dicing garlic, you only need half as much!
