This ultra flavorful shrimp and broccoli comes together in minutes for a fast and easy healthy dinner! Serve with rice or over noodles.

Steps:
- If frozen, thaw the shrimp according to the package instructions or the notes above.
- Chop the broccoli into small bite-sized pieces. Cut the onion into wide slices.
- In a measuring cup, stir together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
- In large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, onion and kosher salt and cook 5 to 6 minutes until fork tender, stirring occasionally. Add the shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- When the shrimp is just about opaque, add the sauce mixture and cook 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Serve with sesame seeds.

Steps:
- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, and spices to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour 3/4 of the marinade on top of the shrimp. Mix together gently until the shrimp are well coated.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Thread the shrimp on the skewers and make sure to get all the good garlic and herbs from the bowl and spread on to the shrimp.
- Heat a grill or grill pan on medium high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp to a plate and spoon the remaining marinade on top before serving.

- Make peanut noodles: Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cool water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add spaghetti, season with salt, and toss to combine; set aside.
- Make shrimp skewers and broccoli: Heat broiler, with rack set 4 inches from heat. Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers (4 shrimp each); transfer to a broiler pan or broilerproof baking sheet. (If using bamboo or wooden skewers, cover exposed parts with aluminum foil to prevent scorching.) Dividing evenly, spoon 2 tablespoons garlic-chile oil onto shrimp; set aside.
- Place broccoli, 1 tablespoon Garlic-Chili Oil, and 3/4 cup water in a large skillet. Simmer, covered, over medium heat, until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, broil shrimp until opaque throughout, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with noodles and broccoli; drizzle all with remaining garlic-chile oil.

Place flat side of knife blade on top of garlic, with sharp blade facing away from you; press down firmly, pulling knife toward you. Repeat until a paste forms. - Combine broccoli and water in a glass bowl; steam in microwave oven until slightly tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Heat peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to low; add chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ginger root to the garlic.
