- Topping Instructions Combine brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, and flour in bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Set aside. Batter Instructions Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, milk, oil, and egg. Add to dry ingredients and gently stir until just mixed. Place batter in greased 8-inch baking pan and sprinkle the topping on top. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.

- 1. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan. Heat oven to 350°.
- 2. In large mixer bowl combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix, liqueur, orange peel, and cinnamon. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended, Scraping sides of bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 3. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350° oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 4. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
- 5. To make this a gluten free recipe, use a good quality 2 layer gluten-free chocolate cake mix, and make sure the ingredients used are also gluten free. There are GF substitute ingredients for every item in this recipe. I hope you like it. Something different and rich, and people do not know it is GF unless you tell them!

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in orange juice and zest. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. , Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. For topping, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

- PREHEAT OVEN 350* Lightly grease and flour bundt pan. COMBINE cake mix , sour cream,oil water eggs and pudding mix.MIX WELL ADD LIQUEUR peels and cinnamon .
- BEAT on slow speed till blended ,scraping bowl constantly , beat for 5 minutes on medium speed.

- Stir and add marshmallows and chocolate chips; heat on high for 3 minutes, or until melted.

- Grease 8-inch square pan with butter. In 2-quart heavy saucepan, stir together sugar, milk, corn syrup, 1 tablespoon butter and the orange peel. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Cook, stirring occasionally, to 234°F on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped into cup of very cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from water; remove from heat. Cool without stirring to 120°F, about 1 hour. (Bottom of saucepan will be lukewarm.)
- Add orange juice and extract. Beat vigorously and continuously with wooden spoon 5 to 10 minutes or until mixture is thick and no longer glossy. (Mixture will hold its shape when dropped from a spoon.) Quickly spread in pan. Let stand about 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
