- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and honey; beat until smooth. Stir in cheese and chopped fruit; mix well.
- Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Chill for at least 3 hours.

- Combine Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add pineapple and ginger; mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in crushed sunflower seeds.

Another cracker salad from my younger days. A lady from the church we attended for years gave this to me. It's a bit different because of the pineapple, but the combination of the flavors is really good. Cooking time is chill time.
