FRUIT COBBLER
My son took first place in a baking contest with this one. Serve warm or cold plain, with ice cream or whipped cream. When I use apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice makes a nice touch. In place of peaches, try using apples or plums.

FRUIT COBBLER CAROLINA
An easy and tasty southern dessert. If you use fresh fruit instead of pie fillings, simply cut it up in bite size pieces if not using berries. This will be your go to dish for a quick idea when weeknights, covered dish invites, and holiday parties are calling. Bon Appetit
