Yum! This no-bake pie tastes just like everyone's favorite chocolate mint cookie (you know the one...). You can't go wrong serving this cool and refreshing pie.

Ingredients

1 Oreo chocolate crumb pie crust
2/3 c International Delight Peppermint Patty flavored coffee creamer liquid
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 c Cool Whip
1 dark chocolate candy bar for shaving in and on pie

Steps:

1. In mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Slowly add coffee creamer.
3. Fold in Cool Whip, until all is well blended.
4. Grate 2 oz of chocolate, stirring 1 oz into pie (more if you want).
5. Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle rest of chocolate shavings on top.
6. Cover and freeze until time to serve.

8 peppermint patties, broken into quarters
1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy topping, thawed
1 keebler ready chocolate wafer pie crust

Steps:

Place peppermint patties in a microwave-safe bowl and add milk.
Microwave high (100%) 30-45 seconds.
Stir until candy is melted and mixture is smooth.
Cool 5 minutes.
Fold in non-dairy whipped topping.
Spread into crust.
Cover and place in freezer for at least and hour.
