I love trying new martinis. This is one a bartender here in Ft. Worth made for me on a whim. I always garnish with a frozen grape.

- Shake vodka and grape juice over ice and pour into glass.

Steps:
- Mix together the lemonade and limeade in a pitcher or large measuring cup, then pour into ice cube molds. Pour the orange juice into separate ice cube molds, then pour the grapefruit juice into more ice cube molds. Freeze into cubes. (This can be done one day or up to one week ahead of time.)
- When ready to serve, add 1 cup of each flavor ice cubes to a blender along with a handful of regular ice. Add the Campari and vodka and blend into a smooth slushie. Pour into insulated tumblers and serve.

- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the marshmallows on the baking sheet and broil until deep brown, about 30 seconds. Remove from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
- In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the ice cream on medium-low speed until just soft. Add the toasted marshmallows and the chocolate chips and mix on low until just combined. Working quickly, scoop about 3 tablespoons of the ice cream mixture onto half of the graham crackers. Top with the remaining graham crackers and place in the freezer. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
GRAPEFRUIT-TINI

Steps:
- Make simple syrup: In a small saucepan, mix the sugar with 1 cup water. Simmer over low heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool, about 5 minutes.
- In a large shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, vodka and 1 tablespoon simple syrup. (Remaining syrup can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.) Add ice cubes and shake well. Strain into martini glass, and float (do not mix) prosecco in glass.
