2 pounds watermelon, peeled, seeded and cubed
8 ounces strawberries, hulled
6 ounces raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from about 2 limes)

Steps:

  • Add the watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, sugar and lime juice to a blender and blend to a fine puree. Divide the mixture among eight 8-ounce freezer-safe pots/containers with plastic lids. Freeze for 4 hours to rock solid, 3 hours if you want them a little slushy.

1 1/2 lbs sliced seedless watermelon (rind removed, about 4 cups)
1 cup lemon sorbet
1 lemon, zest of (not the juice)
1 1/2 cups cold water
sugar (optional and to taste) or sugar syrup (optional and to taste)
crushed ice
1 small watermelon wedges (for garnish)

Steps:

  • In a food processor blend the watermelon, sorbet and lemon zest until very smooth.
  • Add in sugar if needed and blend again.
  • Stir in 1-1/2 cups cold water.
  • Cover and refrigerate until cold.
  • Serve in tall glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish with small watermelon wedges.

2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon, divided

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. Microwave on high for 40 seconds. Stir and let stand until gelatin is completely dissolved, 1-2 minutes. , Place lime juice, honey and gelatin mixture in a blender. Add 1 cup watermelon; cover and process until blended. Add remaining watermelon, 1 cup at a time, processing until smooth after each addition., Transfer to a shallow dish; freeze until almost firm. 2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice
12 cups cubed watermelon (about 3-1/2 pounds)
2 cups fresh strawberries or raspberries
2/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh mint
Small watermelon wedges and fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Place 1 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 6 cups watermelon, 1 cup berries, 1/3 cup sugar and 3/4 teaspoon minced mint in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a large pitcher. Repeat with remaining water, lemon juice, fruit, sugar and minced mint., Refrigerate 1 hour or until cold. If desired, press through a fine-mesh strainer. 1 whole watermelon (small to medium sized)
2 large handfuls mint (10-12 sprigs)
3 -4 sprigs basil
10 -12 limes
2 cups sugar
orange juice
ice

Steps:

  • PREP: Chop fresh watermelon into 1-2 inch chunks and place in ziploc bag to put in freezer. Ideally prep the night before and let freeze overnight but 4-5 hours freezer time should do the trick. .
  • 1. Combine sugar, mint, and 4-5 squeezed limes in a heat-safe bowl, stirring ingredients together. Let mixture sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • 2. Boil 1 cup of water. Add boiled water to sugar mixture, stirring well until sugar has dissolved completely. Let simple syrup mixture sit for another 10 minutes and put to the side.
  • 3. In a blender, pre-blend 2-3 cups frozen watermelon and 2 cups ice until slushy. Add,.
