Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except corn chips and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle corn chips over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake 5 additional minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

This is a super easy and delicious recipe everyone will love. My mom used to make this when i was a kid.

Steps:
- Dice chicken, cook in a skillet with margarine, salt and pepper, set aside.
- Mix chiles and soup together.
- Put an even layer of Fritos on the bottom of a casserole dish (I usually use a 2qt).
- Layer on top of the fritos as follows:.
- cooked chicken, soup/chile mix, tomatoes, cheese.
- Bake at 350 until heated through, and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with sour cream.

- Cover with foil and bake 30 mins.
- Remove foil and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
