2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chilled carbonated water

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the juices, strawberries and sugar. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in water. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.

Juice of 2 limes
3 tablespoons sugar
2-inch piece fresh ginger, coarsely chopped
8 fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
3 cups dry white wine
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
Crushed ice

Steps:

  • Chill tall glasses. In a small saucepan, combine the orange, lemon, and lime juices and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the sugar and ginger, stir briefly to dissolve the sugar, and remove from the heat. Let cool completely. Pour into a large pitcher and add the mint, the wine, and the orange and lime slices. Fill the glasses with crushed ice, pour in the cooler, and serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Squeeze the juice from 5 of the lemons, 3 of the limes and 5 of the oranges; pour into a gallon container.
  • Add water and sugar to juices; mix well.
  • Thinly slice the remaining orange and lemon and set aside for garnish.
  • Chill thoroughly and keep in the refrigerator. Serve on ice with orange and lemon slices.

1 (750 ml) bottle chilled white wine, such as Riesling
1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1/2 cup orange flavored liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Slice orange and set aside. Add wine, peaches and their syrup, liqueur, orange juice, and sugar to a large pitcher, and stir to combine. Add orange slices to pitcher. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour into 6 wine glasses and serve immediately.
