1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (12.5 ounce) cans Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 350°F. Stir the cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until it's smooth. Stir in the dressing, pepper sauce and blue cheese. Stir in the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping.

I picked this up from our local paper along with a coupon to purchase Frank's Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce or Frank's Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. I haven't made this yet but I'm saving it for the 4th! Of course you could use your fav hot or buffalo wing sauce.

1/2 cup bleu cheese salad dressing (or any creamy type dressing)
1/2 cup frank's redhot buffalo wing sauce or 1/2 cup frank's original cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 2 oz) or 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz)
2 (9 3/4 ounce) cans swanson premium white chicken meat packed in water, drained (see NOTE)
assorted fresh vegetables (or both) or cracker (or both)

Steps:

  • NOTE: You can substitute freshly cooked or leftover chicken for the canned chicken.
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate until smooth.
  • Stir in the dressing, wing sauce and blue cheese.
  • Stir in chicken.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbly.
  • Stir before serving with veggies and/or crackers.

This is requested every time we have friends over- we all LOVE it! I serve it with restaurant style tortillas chips and large Fritos corn chips. Use Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Buffalo sauce depending on your tastes. I use the regular as it has less of a vinegar bite.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1 (12 ounce) bottle Frank's red hot sauce (or Buffalo)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2/3 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded (or cheddar or combination of)

Steps:

  • In a 13x9 baking pan, combine the shredded chicken with the entire bottle of hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer.
  • In a saucepan, combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until smooth.
  • Pour the cream cheese/ranch mixture evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with the celery and then cheese.
  • Bake uncovered at 350* for 30-40 minutes until bubbly, making sure that the top does not brown.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot or warmed with tortilla chips, Fritos and celery!
