Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1-3/4 cups boiling water
2 cups (6 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
3/4 cup cold water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1/4 cup chopped pretzels

Steps:

Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Gradually whisk in cream cheese until well blended.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir in pineapple and pretzels. Pour into Brain Mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold gelatin onto plate just before serving.

Microwave marshmallows and butter in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute 30 seconds or until marshmallows melt and mixture blends when stirred. Add food coloring; stir to combine.
Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn. Toss with rubber spatula to coat. Cool 10 minutes or until mixture is easy to handle. Divide mixture and shape into 2 'brain lobes'. Place on waxed paper and press lobes together. Cool until set. Transfer to serving platter; decorate with candy.

Peel the Green Skin Off of the Watermelon. Holding the watermelon very carefully so it does not roll around use either your small knife or vegetable peeler to take off the main green skin off of the watermelon.
Cut the Base of the Watermelon. Once you have taken the majority of the skin off the watermelon (Frank) make a flat base for the watermelon by cutting the flattest part of the melon off.
Cut Grooves/ Patterns the Brain. Once all the green has been removed from your watermelon (Frank), with your small knife cut shallow grooves out of the brain.
Prepare Your Centerpiece. Cover your brain in plastic wrap (if not serving the day of making) and refrigerate the melon until your party/ when you are going to serving it.
