Here's the most perfect frozen fruit smoothie you'll find! It's healthy, easy to blend up, and has the best creamy texture and fruity flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups frozen strawberries OR any frozen fruit: mango, pineapple, blueberries, etc.
1 banana (room temperature)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt*
1 cup milk (or almond milk or oat milk)
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup
1/2 cup ice

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.

After seeing a great number of yummy sounding recipes using marshmallow fluff here on Zaar & then seeing a jar of fluff in my local supermarket, I just had to buy some. This recipe is from the side of the jar.

2 cups fat-free reduced-sugar vanilla yogurt
1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in the fruit. Refrigerate until serving.
