Steps:
- Boil jumbo shells until al dente.
- Pan fry Shrimp Scampi * see recipe notes if making scampi from scratch.
- Once done, remove shrimp and set aside.
- Cook spinach for about 1 minute, set aside off heat.
- In a large bowl, add half of the shrimp, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, alfredo sauce, and spinach; mix well.
- Strain water from pasta shells, and then stuff each with cheese mixture. Add one shrimp to each shell.
- Line in a casserole pan. I did two layers and topped each with an additional shrimp.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350° f.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Peel, devein, and butterfly the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl and toss gently with the olive oil, wine, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Allow to sit at room temperature while you make the butter and garlic mixture.
- In a small bowl, mash the softened butter with the garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg yolk, panko, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper until combined.
- Starting from the outer edge of a 14-inch oval gratin dish, arrange the shrimp in a single layer cut side down with the tails curling up and towards the center of the dish. Pour the remaining marinade over the shrimp. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until hot and bubbly. If you like the top browned, place under a broiler for 1 minute. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a small skillet, saute green pepper and onion in 1 teaspoon butter until tender; set aside., In a large bowl, combine crab, shrimp, egg, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning, pepper and green pepper mixture., Preheat oven to 350°. Scampi are tiny, lobster-like crustaceans with pale pink shells (also called langoustines). Italian cooks in the United States swapped shrimp for scampi, but kept both names. Thus the dish was born, along with inevitable variations. This classic recipe makes a simple garlic, white wine and butter sauce that goes well with a pile of pasta or with a hunk of crusty bread. However you make the dish, once the shrimp are added to the pan, the trick is to cook them just long enough that they turn pink all over, but not until their bodies curl into rounds with the texture of tires.

- In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add wine or broth, salt, red pepper flakes and plenty of black pepper and bring to a simmer. Let wine reduce by half, about 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and sauté until they just turn pink, 2 to 4 minutes depending upon their size. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and serve over pasta or accompanied by crusty bread.

Steps:
- Preheat broiler.
- Melt butter in a 12" skillet.
- Sautee shrimp, mushrooms, and garlic just until the shrimp begins to turn pink (set aside).
- In a saucepan heat sour cream (but do not boil).
- Add to the sour cream the salt, pepper, paprika, and soy sauce and heat for just a minute or two (stirring constantly).
- Remove from heat a add the shrimp mixture.
- Cook pasta shells in boiling water until tender, drain and rinse with cold water until cooled.
- Fill shells with shrimp mixture, top with parmesan cheese.
- Broil until tops are golden brown and bubbling.

- Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp; rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Coarsely chop shrimp and set aside. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large nonstick skillet cook sweet pepper and onion in hot oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until shrimp are opaque, stirring occasionally. Transfer shrimp mixture to a bowl.
- For sauce, add garlic to the same skillet. Cook and stir for 30 seconds. Remove skillet from heat. Carefully add wine; return skillet to heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until most of the wine is evaporated, stirring to scrape up browned bits from bottom of skillet. In a small bowl whisk together 3/4 cup broth and flour. Add all at once to the skillet along with the milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Stir 2/3 cup of the sauce and the crab into the shrimp mixture. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly into the cooked shells and arrange shells in a 2-quart square baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
