Steps:

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping and vanilla until smooth; fold in marshmallow creme. Serve with apple slices.

2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

Microwave marshmallows and milk in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are puffed, stirring after 1 min.
Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool slightly.

1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup marshmallow creme
3 medium tart apples
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping and vanilla until smooth.
