Steps:
- Place strawberries in a bowl and smash them to the " Chunkiness " you want.
- Combine the lemon juice, zest, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, cornstarch, into the mashed strawberries.
- Place in pan and slowly cook over medium heat.
- Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove immediately from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
- ENJOY !!!
FIREMAN BOB'S WET AND SPICY BBQ SAUCE MY WAY...
Member's Choice! First you get a sweet taste ... then you get the heat. This is an easy sauce to make and your guests will be licking their fingers! I used it on a brisket but cannot wait to try it on other meat. I used 8 oz of the smoked red peppers, 15 oz can of tomato sauce and 6 oz cans of tomato paste.

Steps:
- 1. Place all ingredients in a large pan and bring to a boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly and then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 2. As you know, slow cooking a Brisket takes about 14 to 16 hours.
- 3. With about 4 hours left in the cooking time, You will want to wrap your Brisket in a " double layer " of foil when you " pour " the sauce onto the meat, seal the foil allowing space in your " Wrap "
- 4. Enjoy !!!

- 1. Place tomatoes in food processor and puree till smooth
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Stir to combine and simmer 25 minutes. Use warm or let cool, pour into a container and refrigerate until needed.

- Combine strawberry preserves, tomato puree, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, red pepper flakes, cumin, cayenne, and black pepper in a medium pot. Whisk to remove any lumps.
- Bring strawberry mixture to a slow simmer over medium-low heat. Cook until sauce evenly coats the back of a metal spoon and is glossy, about 30 minutes, whisking frequently; never allow the bottom of the pot to scorch. Season with kosher salt.
- Remove sauce from heat and let cool before transferring to a tightly sealed quart-sized container.

- Bring vinegar to a boil in a saucepan; add habanero peppers, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, mustard, white pepper, and seasoned salt. Allow mixture to return to a boil, then stir in brown sugar and ketchup.
- Boil sauce for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 30 to 45 minutes. Cool and serve.

Steps:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan on low heat. Add the garlic, onion powder, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir till garlic gets soft. About 8 minutes Add the paprika, vinegar, tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, and cilantro. Let cook 10 minutes stirring constantly and adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
