BRAN SQUARES
I got this recipe from a friend of mine about 16 years ago. I thought they were delicious and made them several times. I was so excited when I came across this recipe while looking through 100's of recipes I have clipped, saved and copied over the years. I will be making this again real soon!

Steps:
- Blend butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Crush bran flakes slightly and add with flour to first mix.
- Add raisin (to your taste)>.
- Fold only until combined.
- Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
- Remove and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar on top.
- Cut when Cool.
- Enjoy!

ALL-BRAN REFRIGERATOR COOKIES

Steps:
- 1. Stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in Kellogg's® All-Bran® cereal and flour mixture, mixing until combined.3. Shape dough into two 10 1/2-inch-long rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap, covering ends carefully. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.4. Slice cookie rolls about 1/4 inch thick and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F about 9 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container. VARIATIONS:CHOCOLATE: Stir in 2 squares melted, unsweetened chocolate before add flour mixture.NUTTY: Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts with flour mixture.SPICE: Stir 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon cloves into flour mixture.

FILLED ALL-BRAN SQUARES

Steps:
- 1. Combine dates, the 1/2 cup brown sugar, water and orange juice. Mix well. Set aside.2. In medium mixing bowl, beat shortening and the 3/4 cup sugar thoroughly. Add egg. Beat well. Stir in KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal.3. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to cereal mixture alternately with milk. Spread one-half the dough evenly in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Drop filling by teaspoon on top of dough and spread evenly. Cover filling with remaining dough, spreading carefully.4. Bake at 400°F about 25 minutes or until top crust is lightly browned. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares to serve. NOTE: To make sour milk, measure 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice in lqiuid measuring cup and add milk to measure 3/4 cup.

ALL-BRAN FRUIT BARS

- 1. In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's® All-Bran® cereal, apricots, raisins, flour, honey, milk and oil. Mix until combined. Stir in egg. Spread evenly in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. 2. Bake at 325°F about 30 minutes until firm in center. Cool in pan. Cut into 24 bars. Store tightly covered.
