I came up with this layered peanut butter treat when my dad gave me a big bag of apples. The dip has been one of my favorites ever since. In addition to serving it with apples, try it with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, banana chunks or animal crackers. -Theresa Tometich, Coralville, Iowa

- For dip, beat first 4 ingredients until smooth; stir in marshmallows. Spoon half the mixture into a 3-cup bowl; top with half the fudge topping. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with nuts., To serve, toss apples with lemon juice. Serve with dip.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. , Lay green pepper on it's side; with a sharp knife, make a horizontal slice just above stem. Remove top piece; save for another use. Remove membrane and seeds. Repeat with red pepper. Fill peppers with dip. Serve with vegetables.

A friend brought this to a house social I was having. I insisted she not leave without providing the recipe. She has since moved away and I am now asked to bring this to all parties or events that I attend. It is absolutely wonderful. Enjoy!!

- 1. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder until well blended.
- 2. Add diced vegetables and mix well.
