FAVORITE PUMPKIN YEAST BREAD (MACHINE)
Warm bread out of the bread machine is one of my family's simple pleasures. I like to make this Pumpkin Yeast Bread on cold, rainy days. With butter spread on it's warm slices, my family couldn't be happier!

This is a bread machine recipe, although I've been making all my breads by hand the past several years, ever since my machine pooped out on me! From Taste of Home's Quick Cooking (September/October 1999).

PUMPKIN YEAST BREAD

Steps:
- Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select basic setting. Start.
- To bake bread in oven: select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).

PUMPKIN DINNER ROLLS IN THE BREAD MACHINE
A light, fluffy dinner roll perfect for Thanksgiving with a hint of pumpkin and spice flavor. Wonderful with honey butter and easy to make with your bread machine.

Steps:
- Place pumpkin, water, milk, egg, oil, flour, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and yeast into a bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Dough setting and press Start.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured work surface. Shape into dinner rolls and place on lightly greased baking sheets. Cover with a towel and let rise until almost doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bake in the preheated oven until rolls are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately remove rolls from pans and cool on a wire rack to prevent crusts from becoming soggy.
