MEATLOAF GLAZE

Meatloaf Glaze image

I made meatloaf the other night, and realized at the last minute that I didn't have brown sugar or honey for the glaze...so I threw this together. It turned out better than what I normally use, and is replacing the trusty old recipe.

Time 46m

Yield 1 meatloaf, 6-10 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Glaze meatloaf before baking it.
  • I usually use the extra glaze (if there isn't extra I just make more) and after the meatloaf is finished I put an extra layer on and broil it for a couple of minutes.
  • EAT!
