This is simple to make and delicious, especially if you like garlic.

½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 clove crushed garlic
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Steps:

  • In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar, and salt. Shake well.

This classic dressing is easy to make at home, and stores in the jar for up to a week

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
6 tbsp light olive oil

Steps:

  • Put the mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a jar and season. Shake vigorously to mix. Store in a cool place (not the fridge) until ready to use. Use for all your salads or try one of our recipes, right. Vinaigrette will keep for a week.

10 sprigs flat-leaf parsley, leaves only, coarsely chopped
4 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup red-wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped

Steps:

  • In a food processor, pulse the parsley, anchovy paste, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar to combine. With the machine running, slowly pour in the oil. Remove to a small bowl, and stir in the capers and eggs.
