EASY BAKED BEANS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pan, leaving the drippings, and drain it on paper towels. Crumble and set aside.
• Add the onion to the pan with the bacon drippings and saute until softened, a couple minutes. Stir in the beans, molasses, brown sugar, mustard and crumbled bacon, and mix well.
• Pour the beans into a 3-quart casserole and bake, uncovered, for about 45 minutes.

EASY BAKED BEANS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until bubbly.

Steps:

• Set oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease a casserole dish (use any size to hold the beans).
• Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then transfer to prepared casserole dish.
• Bake uncovered for about 1 hour.

DELICIOUS BAKED BEANS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cook bacon in large skillet until fat is rendered and lightly brown, about 5 minutes.
• Drain fat; save 2 tbsp.
• fat and cook onion, garlic, and ginger until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
• Remove from heat.
• Stir in beans, sugar, molasses, bbq sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and vinegar.
• Season to taste with salt and pepper.
• Place bean mixture in an oven-proof baking dish or casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thickened.
• Alternatively, they can be cooked on a bbq grill, away from the flames or coals, approximately 30 minutes, or until thick.

EASY (BUT YUMMY) BAKED BEANS

Steps:

• Fry bacon until crisp.
• Combine bacon and 2 T. drippings with remaining ingredients.
• Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish (or any appropriate size casserole dish). Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
• Note: If your baked beans seem to have an abundance of "juice" in them when you open the can, you might want to discard some of it. Baking these in a shallower dish, results in more of the liquid baking off. If your dish is deeper, the beans will have more liquid.
