BACON ROLL-UPS

Steps:
- In a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion mixture; toss to mix evenly. Add egg; toss to coat bread cubes. Roll into ten 1-1/4-in. balls. Wrap a bacon strip around each ball. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients., In a large skillet, cook bacon roll-ups on all sides over medium heat for 18 minutes or until bacon is crisp and a thermometer inserted into stuffing reads at least 160°. Drain on paper towels.

PULL-APART GARLIC ROLLS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut biscuits into fourths, and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the butter, garlic powder, parsley, and mozzarella, and mix with your hands, coating all of the biscuit pieces.
- Place the pieces in a muffin tin, 3 pieces per tin (you'll have 2 extra-just use them in whichever tin you want). Bake for 15 minutes. Best served fresh out of the oven!

EASY BACON GARLIC ROLLS
I found this recipe in the Thanksgiving issue of Taste of the South Magazine and wanted to save it for future use.

Steps:
- Spray 9" round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 16"x10" rectangle. Spread dough with butter, leaving a 1" border around edges.
- In a small bowl, combine 3/4 c bacon, 1 c cheese, 2 T parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over butter. Starting with one long side, roll dough into a log; pinch seam to seal. Place log seam side down, and slice into 10 rolls. Place rolls into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size, approximately 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover rolls and bake 18 minutes. Top with remaining 1/4 c bacon and 1/2 cheese. Bake until cheese melts, approximately 5 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Top with remaining 2 T parsley.

RANCH GARLIC ROLLS

- In a small saucepan over a medium-low heat, melt the butter with the garlic and parsley, then set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 8 inches by 12 inches. Pour over two-thirds of the butter mixture and brush so the dough is coated all over.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top. Roll the dough tightly into a 12-inch long roll and pinch the seam closed. Slice into twelve 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side up in a 10-inch cast-iron pan. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the top. Cover and let rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake until the rolls are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
BACON CRESCENT ROLLS

- Separate crescent dough into eight triangles. Set aside 1 tablespoon of bacon. Sprinkle onion powder and remaining bacon over triangles; roll up and place point side down on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved bacon. , Bake at 375° until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Serve warm. Freeze option: Freeze cooled rolls in sealable freezer containers. To use, thaw at room temperature or, if desired, microwave each roll on high until heated through, 10-15 seconds.
