Steps:
- Clean ribs, trim any excess fat and remove membrane from back of ribs.
- In a medium bowl combine sugar, salt, ground pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Coat each rack of rib top and bottom with dry rub mixture massaging in so it is evenly and well coated. Stack in a large foil roasting pan and cover with foil to let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 275 F and bake covered with foil for 3-4 hours or until ribs are tender and start to fall apart when prodded with a fork. Depending on the cut of the ribs it may take a little longer to get to this level of tenderness.
- When tender remove from oven. Preheat BBQ to medium heat.
- BBQ ribs a few minutes each side basting with Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce or your sauce of choice. Be careful not to let them sit for long because the sugar in the sauce may burn.
- Remove from barbecue and serve immediately.

KITTENCAL'S BEST AND EASIEST BABY BACK RIBS
Plan ahead these ribs need to marinate 8-24 hours, you can also cook these on the outdoor grill, punch a few holes on top of the foil to allow steam to escape and to absorb the smoke flavor --- use your own favorite BBQ sauce Sweet Baby Ray's good to use, the honey needs to be added into the BBQ sauce to tenderize so do not omit, the best thing about this is there is easy clean-up! --- and yes you can also make them on the grill

Steps:

- In a bowl mix the barbecue sauce with honey until well combined.
- Brush both sides of the ribs liberally with the BBQ sauce reserving some to brush on towards the end of cooking.
- Place each rack onto top of the greased side of foil, then wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate 8-24 hours.
- Set oven to 300 degrees F.
- Bake the ribs wrapped tightly in foil for 2-1/2 hours, opening up the foil the last 20-30 minutes and basting with more sauce (remove about halfway through cooking and drain any water/grease that has accumulated in the foil).
- If desired you may place the ribs under the broiler heat for about 7 minutes per side.

Steps:
- Place ribs bone side down in a large roasting pan on a rack (if you have one, you don't have to use rack)
- Combine garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the ribs. Top with sliced onions. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and this is your sauce.
- Remove ribs from pan, remove onions and discard, and drain fat. Put ribs back in pan and brush ribs liberally with sauce. Cover and bake 25 minutes longer. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
- You can reduce the amount of ribs if you are cooking for a smaller group. I usually use 2 racks to serve 4.

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 200 degrees first take racks our of their packaging and dry them off with paper towel. place them on a cookie sheet or baking sheet arch side up . sprinkle lightly with old bay seasoning. cover with *plastic wrap* to make a seal . then over the plastic wrap put aluminum foil making sure none of the plastic wrap is sticking out. put into the oven for 4 hours they will steam in the plastic wrap. make sure to check them at about 2 hours to make sure the plastic has not come off. if so. just wrap tighter with foil and reduce heat to 175 degrees. continue cooking till the 4 hours are up. preheat your grill. pull the ribs out of the oven. place ribs onto grill arch side down turn down heat for 5 mins (at this time you can add your favorite BBQ sauce or homemade glaze or keep them dry) I recomend only lightly covering the ribs with sauce just enough to get the flavor and carmelization of the sugar. too much sauce will ruin the ribs flavor.. turn ribs over and cook for 5 mins then they are done..
SLOW COOKER BABY BACK RIBS
These are the best I've had, short of the actual grilling method of course! This is a very simple recipe that I came up with a few years ago. It's not rocket science, just ribs cooked in the slow cooker and finished in the oven. This is what I do when I want ribs during the week and have to work all day. I'm eating them within a half-hour of getting home, and they turn out perfect every time!
