1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
1 tablespoon reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
¾ pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 Pepperidge Farm® Classic Soft Hoagie Rolls with Sesame Seeds
4 slices diced provolone cheese, cut in half
¼ cup drained hot or mild pickled banana pepper rings

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Heat the soup and Worcestershire in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Add the beef and heat through, stirring occasionally.
  • Divide the beef evenly among the rolls. Top the beef with the cheese slices and place the sandwiches onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3 minutes or until the sandwiches are toasted and the cheese is melted. Spoon the soup mixture onto the sandwiches. Top each sandwich with 1 tablespoon pepper rings.

1 Can Campbell's Condensed French Onion Soup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 lb Roast Beef
6 Slices Provolone Cheese
4 Hoagie Buns
1 Sauteed Onions (Optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400. In a saucepan add condensed soup and worcestershire sauce and bring to boil. 2. (Optional) Begin to sauté onions in a bit of oil. 3. Add meat to soup and allow to heat up for about 3-4 min. 4. Place buns on baking sheet add meat. Top with cheese and onion and bake for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. 5. Pour the remaining soup in a small bowl and serve as the au jus. 6. Enjoy!

4 slices Italian or Vienna bread
2 tablespoons refrigerated basil pesto
1/4 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef (from deli)
1/4 cup thin slices roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)
2 slices (3/4 oz each) provolone cheese
1 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Heat closed contact grill 5 minutes. Spread one side of each slice of bread with pesto. On 2 slices of the bread, layer beef, roasted peppers and cheese; top with remaining slices of bread, pesto side down. Brush outside of sandwiches with butter.
  • When grill is heated, place sandwiches on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
