Two batches can feed a class of thirty right before lunch (with leftovers). Very good and chocolaty. Mmm Mmm Mmm!!

Steps:
- Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
- Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a medium sized microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla, then fold in the walnuts and marshmallows. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Chill until set.

DOUBLE DARK CHOCOLATE MICROWAVE FUDGE
We like semi-sweet, dark chocolate and hoped this recipe would result in an easy way to have a dark, rich fudge. It did! Simply microwave the ingredients together, stir, and chill. Instant fudge. The peanut butter we used is Teddie All Natural Unsalted Peanut Butter. It is 100% peanuts. A peanut butter with other ingredients added may result in a more gooey consistency.

Steps:
- Butter 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, microwave all ingredients until the condensed milk just comes to a boil (3 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir briskly until all ingredients are mixed and chocolate is melted.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish. Let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until chilled. May be eaten as soon as it's cool but the consistency is best if allowed to chill overnight.
EASY 2-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE FUDGE
A deliciously tempting, easy dark chocolate fudge recipe that can easily be made into truffles as well. Be sure to use SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK ONLY or this recipe will not set up. This is a recipe that was tested in a test kitchen before being published by Good Housekeeping magazine. I have been using it since 1990 without fail.

Steps:
- Place both ingredients in a microwave safe 8" x 8" dish.
- Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove (with oven mitts, please) and stir to combine.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
- Fudge can be removed from refrigerator and stored at room temperature after it has set.
- Once at room temperature you can melon scoop it, roll it in powdered cocoa and chopped nuts, and serve as truffles.
