Steps:
- 1. Brown hamburger,salt, pepper and onion
- 2. Drain hamburger
- 3. add mushrooms,chicken soup, evaporated milk and green chilies.
- 4. Line 9x12 baking dish with Doritos. Pour hamburger mixture over Doritos. Tope with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This is one the kids will love! Or the kids at heart! A very nice spin on a Mexican Casserole. Our family loves this!

Steps:
- 1. Crush the Doritos coarsely and place in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
- 2. Brown hamburger meat with the taco seasoning,onions and jalapenos until there is no pink in the meat.
- 3. Add both soups and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and pour over the crushed Doritos.
- 4. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- 5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
- 6. Serve.
- 7. Enjoy.
