18 pcs chicken wing
½ tbsp coconut oil
½ tbsp salt
½ cup all purpose flour
¾ tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tbsp smoked paprika
¼ tbsp cayenne pepper
⅛ tbsp garlic powder
¼ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp hot sauce
3 tbsp unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a bowl place the wings with oil, salt, and flour. Coat evenly.
  • Next, place the wings on an oiled foil-lined baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Then, flip the wings over and cook for another 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, mix the vinegar, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Do this for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, once the wings are cooked, dip them in the sauce and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with a side of barbecue sauce or bleu cheese.

Domino's Garlic Parmesan Sauce that comes together in less than 20 minutes. Butter, milk, flour, and Parmesan cheese is all you need! It is absolutely the best way to complement your favorite pizza, salad, snack, or sandwich with fresh flavors.

4 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic
1 cup full-fat milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Heat some butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic once the butter melts and starts to sizzle. Fry it for about a minute.
  • Add flour and whisk it on low heat until it's well combined.
  • Gradually pour the milk and whisk vigorously. Make sure there are no lumps and whisk in the chicken broth for a nice flavor. Simmer the mixture for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
  • Add shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese melts and the sauce reaches your desired consistency. If you like it thicker feel free to add more cheese, but don't overdo it. Pro tip: the sauce will further thicken once it cools. Keep this in mind while you let it simmer. If it ends up too thick just add a splash of broth.
