1 cup frozen small broccoli floret
2 English muffins, halved
2 slices ham, halved or 2 tablespoons bacon bits
4 slices tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Thaw broccoli in microwave oven or at room temperature, drain well on paper towels.
  • Place muffins on baking sheet, broil turning once, until lightly toasted.
  • Remove and turn cut side up.
  • Top each with slice of ham and tomato, top with broccoli.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

cooking spray
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter flavored spread (such as I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups oats (such as Quaker Oats®)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
¼ cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Melt together the brown sugar, peanut butter, honey, butter flavored spread, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well combined; remove from heat.
  • Combine the oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour the brown sugar mixture into bowl; stir well to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and almonds. Spoon into the prepared pan; pat down and spread evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven until browned, 15 to 20 minutes.

Here's a wonderful, inexpensive breakfast that will stick to your ribs! This has something for everyone! It takes no time to fix and the whole family will love it! Note**I am terrible about not looking for sizes on foods,so I'm guestimating the amount of sausage. I just see the Jimmy Dean package of sausage and go! So you may have some leftover sausage, I believe, though it's either 1/2-3/4 lb.

3/4 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
8 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
butter

Steps:

  • Take sausage and form 4 large patties. Cook sausage and put aside.
  • Crack eggs into skillet, make sure to break the yolks. Cook and then put aside.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Put a slice of bread in skillet, butter down, then place the ingredients as follows: cheese, sausage, egg, cheese and the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Cook and flip and cook until cheese is melted.

8 hard-boiled eggs
1 lb sausage
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 tablespoon dried dill weed

Steps:

  • fry sausage
  • add oil heat
  • add flour
  • brown add milk
  • cook until thickened , i like mine thick but cook it til your happy.
  • salt and pepper the way you like , i dont add salt myself ,but rudy does
  • when thick turn off and add cheese
  • stir until combined
  • plate
  • add toast
  • add hard boiled eggs sliced
  • top with sauce
  • sprinkle on chives and dill weed.
