- Line a baking sheet with a nonstick baking mat. Place a teaspoon melted chocolate on baking mat; top with a small handful of almonds. Drizzle almonds with 1 tablespoon melted chocolate. Repeat process with remaining almonds and chocolate. Transfer to refrigerator and chill until firm.

- Set a medium skillet over medium heat. When hot, add in the walnuts and pecans and cook, stirring frequently, for about 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly toasted and fragrant. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly (about 10 minutes).
- Meanwhile, set 20 mini muffin liners on a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet (you can also put them in a mini muffin pan, but I find it easier when scooping to just use the baking sheet - makes less of a mess!).
- Add the dark chocolate chips to a medium-sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth (alternatively, you can use a double boiler).

- Working quickly, dip a walnut into the melted chocolate with a fork and shake the excess off. Transfer to a piece of wax paper. Do the same with the pecan, then lay the pecan on top of the walnut. Repeat with the almond, finishing the cluster. Repeat with the remaining nuts.
- Finish each with a pinch of sea salt, to do this you will want to sprinkle it on top once they are are almost dry so it doesn't absorb, but not too dry or it won't stick. Enjoy!!
