Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spray 2-3 quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- Brown beef with garlic until cooked through.
- Drain.
- Add salt, sugar and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese and onion.
- Layer 1/2 of the noodles then 1/2 of the meat mixture in casserole dish.
- Spread with sour cream mixture.
- Top with remaining noodles and the tomato sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
- ENJOY!

DADDY'S TUNA CASSEROLE
Years ago DH was closing up his apartment after a hard semester at school. He was down to only a few items in the kitchen: a boxed macaroni and cheese dinner, 1 can of peas and 1 can of tuna. The result was this dish that has come in so handy over the years. Our kids still love it.

Steps:
- Cook the macaroni and per package directions, drain.
- Return macaroni to pan adding the butter, milk and cheese envelope; mixing well.
- Stir in the tuna and peas.
- Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stir frequently to prevent burning.

BIG DADDY'S CASSEROLE DELIGHT
One of those recipes where I got in the kitchen and just looked to see what I had and how I can throw it all together and make it taste good. It is a winner. It's absolutely delicious. The flavor combos are great and big daddy couldn't quit eating it. Took the picture before he got home thank goodness. Enjoy

Steps:
- 1. Combine mayo, sour cream and rotel and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix till everything is coated well. Put into baking approximately 9x9. Bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes.
- 2. The flavor combinations are incredible. It is very addictive.

- Brown meat with onion.
- Prepare pasta by box directions; drain. Add to meat in large skillet. Add soup and milk.
- Over low heat add cheese and cook till melted.

DADDY CASSEROLE
My father used to make this when I was growing up, hence the name. What's funny is that he has no recollection of doing it! It's really simple and tasty, perfect for an easy dinner.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large skillet, cook meat, onions and peppers, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat when meat is brown and onion and peppers are tender.
- Drain off fat and set aside.
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Combine meat, onion, peppers and rice in casserole dish.
- Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
