EGG AND BACON IMPOSSIBLE PIE
This classic Egg and Bacon Impossible Pie (also known as a Crustless Quiche) is the perfect budget meal. It's made using six ingredients and can be ready in one hour.

Steps:
- Lightly grease a 5 cup capacity pie dish and preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius (fan-forced)
- Dice the bacon and finely chop the brown onion before placing into a frying pan and cooking for 5 minutes over a medium heat until the onion turns translucent and the bacon begins to brown.
- Add the cooked bacon and onion to a bowl along with the grated cheese and flour and mix until all the ingredients are coated in flour before seasoning with a little salt and pepper.
- Scatter these ingredients across the base of the pie dish.
- In a large jug, whisk together the eggs and milk before carefully pouring it over the mixture in the pie dish and garnish with parsley.
- Place the pie into your preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the pie has risen and is golden.

- In a large bowl, combine eggs, butter or margarine, flour, vanilla, sugar, milk and coconut. Mix well.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft. Stir in spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.

- 1. Melt margarine. Mix with flour and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add evaporated milk and flavoring.
- 2. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or till set.
- 3. For Coconut pie... Add 1 cup coconut to ingredients. For Chocolate Pie...Add about 3-4 Tablespoons of Cocoa to flour and surgar and continue with recipe.
