CRUNCHY THREE FLAVOR POUND CAKE
Just dump all ingredients into mixer bowl and mix for 10 minutes to get the best ever pound cake with a crunchy top. Found this on another website.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixer for 10 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325° or until golden brown and tests done.
- Cool and turn out onto rack.
- Turn it over onto a plate and the top will be crunchy.

Steps:
- Do not preheat oven.
- Grease a 12-cup tube pan.
- In a small bowl, blend all the topping ingredients with a fork and press into the bottom of the prepared pan; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the butter and sugar on low speed and beat until light and fluffy (approximately 5-6 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Slowly stir in the sifted flour. Add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour at 325°F, or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for at least one hour.
- Invert the pan over a cake plate, cake should slide out nicely with a beautiful crunchy top!

- Preheat oven to 325º.
- Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Combine butter and shortening in mixer bowl.
- Add eggs and blend well.
- Add other ingredients.
- Beat on medium speed for 10 minutes.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 70 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.

I'm told over-and-over that this cake is the best. Folks ask me what I would charge to bake one for them. It's tasty, moist, and the best I've ever eaten and keeps for many days in the Cake Take! Also, it's so easy to mix and bake...comes out perfect everytime!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325 degrees, spray tube pan with Bakers Joy. Margarine, Cream Cheese, Extracts and Eggs should be at room temperature when mixed.
- Cream Parkay with Cream Cheese until smooth; Sift Flour and then measure out 3 cups; Add Sugar & Cake Flour all together; Beat on Speed 6 for 5 minutes; Add Eggs one at a time and beat well; Stir in Extracts; Spoon into tube pan; and Bake for 1.5 hours Turn out of pan after five minutes, cool & cover
- NOTE: Do not substitute Parkay Margarine or Cake Flour.
