Shredded chicken sandwiches made in the crockpot using stovetop stuffing and Ritz crackers. This shredded chicken sandwich recipe feeds a crowd!

Steps:
- Line your crockpot with a slow cooker liner.
- Add all ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
- Cook on high for one hour. Continue cooking on low for at least 3 more hours.
- Serve hot on buns.

Fast and easy, tastes great! Been at almost every pot-luck in our family for years! Can cook in crockpot or even bake in a casserole dish.Hard to believe this wasn't posted already! Try it, you won't regret it!

Steps:
- Empty can of chicken into large bowl or even crockpot container, do NOT drain.
- Open stuffing and can of cream of chicken, mix with large spoon or use clean hands to break up meat and throughly mix ingredients.
- Place in crockpot. Cook on medium for approx 2 hours or until warmed thru, stir as needed.
- Add and stir in the chicken broth as needed if mixture becomes a little dry. If preparing to bake in oven, add extra broth prior to baking in a greased casserole at 350.

- Add all ingredients except cheese and bacon to crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. The chicken should shred easily on its own when you touch it with a fork.
- About one hour before the chicken will be done, cook the bacon in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cook the bacon on tin foil to make cleanup easier.
- Mix together in the crockpot and simmer or keep on warm until the cheese is blended and all of the ingredients are warm.
