CROCK POT CHOCOLATE PEANUT CANDY

Steps:

• Stir all ingredients in a slow cooker.
• Cook on low for 3 hours. Do not lift lid or stir.
• After 3 hours, stir well for 3-5 minutes.
• Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool. Or, spread on wax paper and cut into squares when cool.
• Store in an airtight container until you are ready to box as gifts.

SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CANDY

Steps:

• Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and then the almond bark. Set the temperature on low and cook for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into cupcake pan liners using about 2 tablespoons per liner. Allow the candy to cool completely before removing the cupcake liners.

SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS

Steps:

• Combine white chocolate, peanuts, chocolate chips, and German chocolate in a slow cooker.
• Cook on High for 1 hour, without stirring. Reduce heat to Low, stir, and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
• Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-peanut mixture onto waxed paper and let cool and harden, 30 to 45 minutes.

SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE-PEANUT CANDY

Steps:

• Layer peanuts, chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and white bark (in the order listed) in a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker.
• Cover and cook on Low, without removing the lid, for 3 hours. Turn off and cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
• Drop chocolate mixture by teaspoonfuls onto pieces of waxed paper. Let sit until thoroughly cool, about 1 hour.

• Cook on low setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
• Place rounded spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to cool.
