- Line a 9-in. square pan with foil; grease foil with 1 teaspoon butter. In a microwave, melt remaining butter. Stir in confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and cracker crumbs. Spread into prepared pan., In microwave, melt topping ingredients; stir until smooth. Spread over top. Refrigerate until set., Using foil, lift out of pan. Cut into 1-in. squares. Store airtight in the refrigerator.

- Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Melt the peanut butter and butter together in a medium saucepan over low heat, then stir in the marshmallows. Continue to stir until the marshmallows are melted.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the popcorn to coat evenly in the melted marshmallow mixture. Pour the popcorn mixture into the coated baking dish and spread out into an even layer. Drizzle the popcorn with the chocolate sauce. Allow the popcorn treats to cool for 30 minutes, then cut into bars.

- Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides. Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions, using prepared pan. Cool in pan on a wire rack 30 minutes. - Line a 9x13-inch (22 x 33) cm baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the popcorn, puffed rice, peanuts, and pretzels.
- In a small pot over medium-high heat, combine the honey, brown sugar, and salt. Cook until the brown sugar dissolves, stirring frequently to avoid burning, 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture to come to a low boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pot from the heat.
- Pour the honey and brown sugar mixture over the popcorn mixture. Using a rubber spatula, stir until the dry ingredients are well coated and beginning to stick together.
- Once the mixture comes together and has cooled slightly, add ½ cup (85 G) of the chocolate chips, mixing well to incorporate. Some of the chocolate may melt, but that's okay!
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Using lightly moistened hands, press the mixture into the baking dish in an even layer.
- Top with the remaining ¼ cup (40 G) chocolate chips and more pretzels.
- Set aside in a cool place for 1 hour to set, then cut into 12 bars.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray and line with parchment so that wings come up the sides by 1 inch.
- In a large pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt over medium heat and cook until the sugar is melted. Stir in the peanut butter, then the cereal. Pour into the prepared pan and pack it down firmly and evenly with a spatula. Scatter the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips all over the top.
- Bake until the chips are melty, about 3 minutes. Use an offset spatula to spread the melted chips in an even layer all over the top. Sprinkle with flaky salt and sprinkles if using and allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Slice into 25 squares.

- Mix the maple syrup, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a pot on low heat until well combined, then add the rice crispies. Quickly transfer the mixture into a rectangular or square pan lined with parchment paper and put the pan in the freezer.
- While the crispy mixture chills, make the fudge topping by melting together the chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil on low-medium heat.
- After about a dozen minutes, pour the chocolate mixture onto your crispy mixture and put back in the freezer to chill until hard - about 45 minutes. It will harden more with time.
- Once well chilled, cut into 18 or so pieces. If the pieces are harder than you`d like, store them in the fridge afterwards, or keep them out a few minutes before eating.
