CREAMY TOMATO CUCUMBER PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook pasta according to package directions.
• While pasta cooks, halve tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and onion. Chop the dill, parsley, and basil. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
• To a small bowl or mason jar, add sour cream, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together or shake to combine.
• Drain and rinse the cooked pasta. After cooling for 5 minutes, add it to the bowl with the chopped vegetables and herbs. Pour dressing over and toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

CREAMY PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

CREAMY SOUTHWEST RANCH PASTA SALAD RECIPE

Steps:

• Place a large pot of salted water over high heat. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
• Meanwhile chop all necessary ingredients.
• Set out a large salad bowl. Add in the cooked pasta, black beans, tomatoes, corn, chopped bell pepper, onion, cilantro, olives, and jalapeno.
• In a separate bowl (or measuring pitcher) combine the ranch dressing, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin. Mix well. Then taste, and salt and pepper to taste.
• Mix the dressing into the pasta salad and gently stir until well coated.
• Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. (Allowing the pasta salad ingredients to rest with the dressing longer creates a better overall flavor.)

CREAMY SOUTHERN PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Cook pasta in rolling well salted boiling water just under the time on package or al dente. Drain into a colander, rinse briefly with cold water and allow to drain.
• In a medium bowl, combine the celery, red and green bell peppers, onion, salad cubes, vinegar, seasoning salt and black pepper. Mix well.
• Fold in the mayonnaise and the sour cream blending well. Taste and add additional salt if needed. Fold in the pasta, cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
• Fold in the cheese before serving or up to several hours if needed to transport is fine.
