Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of salt and some olive oil. Add the pasta and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Add the corn to the pasta and cook it for another 2 minutes, until the corn is tender. Drain the pasta and corn together in a colander and pour them into a large mixing bowl. Add the scallions, diced pepper, tomatoes, and lobster, tossing gently to combine. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, 4 teaspoons salt, and 2 teaspoons pepper until smooth. Pour over the pasta and mix well to bind the ingredients. Stir in the dill. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for up to 6 hours to allow the flavors to develop. Check the seasonings and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions for al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, red peppers and paprika and cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are heated through and the butter is fragrant and vibrant red, about 2 minutes. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they are firm and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan and 1 teaspoon salt and toss until well coated (see Cook's Note). Sprinkle with parsley.
LEMON PASTA WITH ROASTED SHRIMP
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the shrimp on a sheet pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss well, spread them in 1 layer, and roast for 6 to 8 minutes, just until they're pink and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, drizzle some olive oil in a large pot of boiling salted water, add the angel hair, and cook al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking liquid. Quickly toss the angel hair with the melted butter, 1/4 cup olive oil, the lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and about 1/2 cup of the reserved cooking liquid. Add the shrimp and serve hot.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions for al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, lobster and calamari and season with salt and pepper. Sear on each side for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.
- Add the tomato strips, capers, thyme, rosemary, garlic and onion to the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring often to ensure the vegetables don't brown. Deglaze with the white wine, then add the cream. Bring to a simmer and allow the sauce to simmer and thicken about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the spinach to the sauce and stir so it begins to wilt. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Add the seafood and any juices on the plate. Add the Parmesan, parsley and lemon zest, turn off the heat and toss everything together until nicely coated in the sauce. Garnish the pasta with more Parmesan, parsley and lemon zest. Serve directly from the skillet.
