Creamy Olive Bacon Dip Recipes

CREAMY BACON DIP

Steps:

• Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
• Crumble the bacon into a large mixing bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, corn syrup, apple cider, black pepper, and onion. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.

CREAMY OLIVE DIP

Steps:

• Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, olives, parsley, dill, minced onion, and seasoned salt together in a bowl; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.

WARM AND CREAMY BACON DIP

Steps:

• Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in 1-quart baking dish. Cover. Heat 25-30 minutes or until hot.
• Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers and/or chips. Makes 3 cups.
• *Serving option: Dip may also be placed in hollowed round sourdough loaf, wrapped in foil and heated in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

SOUR CREAM AND ONION-OLIVE-BACON DIP

Steps:

• Crumble the cooked bacon.
• Slice 10-12 olives into small pieces.
• Add the onion soup mix to the sour cream; blend well.
• Gently fold in the bacon bits and olives.
• Cover and chill at least 3 hours to settle the flavors.

ROASTED GARLIC-BACON DIP

Steps:

• Cut the tops off 2 heads garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees until tender, 45 minutes. Make Onion Dip using the roasted garlic pulp in place of the sauteed onions. Add 6 slices chopped crisp bacon.

• Saute 1 each chopped yellow and red onion in olive oil over low heat until caramelized, 30 minutes; cool. Mix with 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 3/4 cup mayonnaise and chopped chives and scallions. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
