CREAMY LEMONADE VODKA

Steps:

• 1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and 1 cup of the water. Heat until the sugar has just dissolved. Remove the pan from heat and cool the mixture to room temperature.
• 2. In a pitcher, add the lemon juice and room temperature or chilled syrup. Stir in the remaining 3 1/2 cups of cold water and the heavy cream. Add the vodka. Serve chilled over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
• 3. This may be prepared ahead of time and stored chilled in the refrigerator.

CREAMY LIMONCELLO

Steps:

• Combine lemon zest and vodka in an airtight container. Cover and place in a cool, dark space, shaking the container to redistribute the lemon zest once a day for 5 days.
• Pour milk and sugar into a large pot and bringing to a low boil, stirring often, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow milk mixture to cool to room temperature. Slowly strain vodka mixture into the milk using a sieve. Discard the lemon zest. Pour limoncello into a capped bottle and place in the freezer to chill for 1 hour. Serve cold.

CREAMY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Fill a half-gallon (2-quart) pitcher halfway with crushed ice. Top with sliced lemons.
• In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
• Pour the lemon juice mixture over the ice.
• Fill the pitcher with water and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
