Ingredients

1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Steps:

Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve spooned over assorted fresh berries.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup diced dried mixed fruit
bagel

Steps:

Beat cream cheese, honey and spices with a high-speed mixer until all ingredients are well combined and fluffy. Stir in dried fruit.
Spread desired amount on a hot toasted bagel. Store the rest covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
