- In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-in. balls., Place a third of the meatballs on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on high until cooked through, 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Repeat twice with remaining meatballs., In a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish, mix sauce ingredients. Microwave, covered, on high until heated through, 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway. Gently stir in meatballs. Microwave, covered, on high until heated through, 1-2 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Combine chili sauce, preferred jam, juice, and hot sauce in large slow cooker. There will be lumps, but not to worry they will disappear as the sauce cooks.
- 2. Add frozen meatballs to slow cooker. Cover.
- 3. Cook on low for 6 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve.
- 4. I sometimes increase the hot sauce, depending on the crowd. Can also be made in the oven. Cook at 325 for 90 minutes.

Steps:
- Mix ground chuck, evaporated milk, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form approximately 40 small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Broil meatballs until just browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn meatballs over and continue broiling until browned on other side, about 2 minutes more.
- Transfer meatballs to a slow cooker.
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, port wine, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker. Cook on High until meatballs are no longer pink in the middle and the sauce is thick, at least 1 hour.

CRAZY HOLIDAY MEATBALLS
This recipe is so easy and tasty. Kids love them. I make these around the holidays and people rave. I hate to tell them how crazy easy they are. If you don't have access to Hormel Chili no beans. It is just canned chli with no beans. Any brand would do. I sometimes use strawberry jelly.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place frozen meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- In a sauce pan put jelly and chili and warm over low heat. Continue to stir to blend.
- Place meatballs in a crock pot on low and pour the heated jelly - chili over meatballs.
- Leave them heat for approx 60 minutes.
- The meatballs can simmer in crockpot as long as you want.

- Place ketchup, jelly, hot sauce, garlic powder and onion flakes in a small saucepan, and stir over medium heat until jelly melts and everything is well mixed.
